Biography
Masaaki Noiri is a polished Japanese striker and two-division K-1 champion, having held the K-1 super lightweight and welterweight titles and won the 2021 K-1 welterweight Grand Prix. A pro since 2011, he trains alongside Takeru at Team Vasileus.
Noiri signed with ONE Championship and immediately faced top opposition. In March 2025 at ONE 172 he scored a third-round TKO over reigning Muay Thai king Tawanchai to capture the ONE Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Championship.
That set up a unification with champion Superbon at ONE 173 in Tokyo on November 16, 2025, where Noiri lost a five-round unanimous decision, leaving his overall kickboxing record at 51-14 (27 KOs).
As of June 2026 he remains a marquee featherweight in ONE's kickboxing division.
