How to Buy RIZIN Tickets (2026): The Presale Ladder, E-Tickets and Buying from Abroad

The short answer

RIZIN's general sale is the last step, not the first. For RIZIN LANDMARK 16 in NAGASAKI the promoter opened seven earlier rounds before general sale day. If you only ever look at the general sale, you are shopping after the fan club, the RIZIN 100 CLUB, the official site, a lottery presale and three playguide first-come rounds have already been through the room.

Three more things decide whether the day goes well. Everything is a smartphone e-ticket — there is no convenience-store collection, even at Lawson. Every purchase is final apart from a promoter cancellation. And fans abroad have their own portal, which opens at the same moment as the domestic general sale.

The presale ladder, using LANDMARK 16 as the worked example

This is the actual published schedule for the Nagasaki show on Saturday 3 October 2026 at Nagasaki Stadium City HAPPINESS ARENA. Read it as the shape RIZIN repeats, not as dates to memorise.

Two details worth noticing. Round 4 is a lottery — you apply inside a window and are drawn, so speed is irrelevant and there is no reason not to enter. Rounds 5 to 7 are first-come and run on the same day, which is why the Saturday before general sale is the real bottleneck rather than the Sunday.

Super RIZIN.5 followed the same shape earlier in the year: a lottery presale from Sat 27 June 12:00 to Sun 5 July 18:00, a first-come presale on Sat 11 July 10:00–23:40, then general sale from Sun 12 July 10:00.

Why you can't get tickets in the general sale

This is the most-searched complaint about RIZIN ticketing and it has a structural answer rather than a trick. By general sale day the inventory has already been offered to five or six earlier audiences. The only reliable fixes are upstream:

• Join the fan club or RIZIN 100 CLUB. These are rounds 1 and 2 — the top of the ladder.
• Enter the lottery presale. It costs you nothing but a diary entry and it is not a race.
• Treat the Saturday as the deadline, not the Sunday, because three playguide rounds run then.
• Watch for restocks. Super RIZIN.5 sold out of most tiers and then released more: on Tue 18 August 2026 at 10:00 the promoter opened extra outfield S (¥31,900) and outfield A (¥15,400) seats. Restocks are announced on the event page, not by email.

Everything is an e-ticket — and it is smartphone-only

RIZIN's event pages say it plainly: the playguides sell electronic tickets only. There is no paper ticket and no convenience-store terminal collection — including at Lawson, whose name misleads people here more than any other. Each playguide uses its own app:

All three application URLs on RIZIN's pages are marked スマホのみ — smartphone only. A desktop browser is not a supported way to buy. Set the app up and log in before a first-come round opens; account creation during a ten-minute sellout is how people lose seats they had in hand.

Also worth knowing before you buy: a ticket is required from age one, and the top tiers are single-playguide exclusives — VVIP seats are sold through eplus only, and for Super RIZIN.5 the fighter support seats were eplus-only too.

What the seats cost

RIZIN LANDMARK 16 in NAGASAKI — all seats reserved, tax included:

Super RIZIN.5 at Kyocera Dome Osaka is a dome show and priced like one, from ¥15,400 to ¥1,100,000. As of 26 August 2026 the official page shows most tiers sold out, with the restocked outfield seats — outfield S ¥31,900 and outfield A ¥15,400 — among those still listed, alongside VVIP 2nd/3rd row ¥550,000, VIP ¥220,000 and RS ¥44,000. The promoter's own caveat on the outfield tiers is worth repeating: part of the fighter entrances may not be visible from those seats.

If you use a wheelchair, the designated tier differs by show — A seat for LANDMARK 16, and the fighter support S seat or S seat for Super RIZIN.5 — and viewing is from a designated space in both cases.

Refunds, changes and resale

Both event pages carry the same three rules, and they are stricter than most Japanese live events:

1. No changes or refunds for any customer-side reason. The only exception is a cancellation caused by the promoter.
2. Cards change. The pages say announced fighters and bouts may change through injury — and this is not theoretical. Chihiro Suzuki withdrew from Super RIZIN.5, and the dedicated refund window for his support-seat buyers has already closed.
3. Resale for profit as a business is prohibited, and entry with a resold ticket may be refused.

On that last point, be precise about what is not there: neither event page describes an official resale or face-value exchange service. So as of 26 August 2026 there is no sanctioned resale route we can send you to, and a ticket bought on a secondary site carries a stated risk of being turned away at the door.

Buying from outside Japan

RIZIN publishes a separate English-facing eplus portal for each show, listed on the event page as FOR FANS ABROAD. For LANDMARK 16 it is eplus.tickets/rizin_lm16, which opens at 10:00 on Sunday 30 August 2026 — the same moment as the domestic general sale, so there is no penalty for being overseas at that step. Super RIZIN.5 had the equivalent portal at eplus.tickets/rizin_sr5 from 12 July.

• RIZIN LANDMARK 16 in NAGASAKI — Sat 3 Oct, Nagasaki Stadium City HAPPINESS ARENA, doors 12:00 / first bell 14:00. Playguide first-come rounds Sat 29 Aug, general sale Sun 30 Aug 10:00.
• RIZIN.55 — Sun 8 Nov, LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY. eplus lists the general sale as not yet decided, so there is no date to plan around yet.
