How to Watch RIZIN PPV in Japan (2026): Platforms, Prices and the Browser-vs-App Gap

The short answer
Inside Japan, Super RIZIN.5 streams on four platforms — RIZIN 100 CLUB, RIZIN LIVE, ABEMA and SKY PerfecTV!. RIZIN's official table prices it at ¥6,500 in advance, ¥6,900 on the day and ¥5,000 for the archive (tax included), with SKY PerfecTV! priced separately at ¥6,900.
The money is not lost choosing a platform, though. It is lost in how you buy: on ABEMA the same ticket costs ¥600-800 more through the app than through a browser. RIZIN's own ¥6,500 / ¥6,900 / ¥5,000 line up exactly with ABEMA's browser column.
And advance pricing ends at 23:59 on Wednesday 9 September 2026; after that it is day-of pricing.
As of 26 August 2026. Platforms and prices are set per event; every figure below comes from RIZIN's or ABEMA's own page and is linked so you can re-check it.

The four platforms
PPV sales opened at 12:00 on Monday 17 August 2026 on RIZIN 100 CLUB, RIZIN LIVE and ABEMA, with SKY PerfecTV! starting on Thursday 27 August.
| Platform | What it is | What RIZIN highlights |
|---|---|---|
| RIZIN 100 CLUB | RIZIN's own subscription video service | Members get the live stream at ¥1,000 off |
| RIZIN LIVE | RIZIN's own stream | Every bout live; support handled via its official X account |
| ABEMA | General streaming service | Real-time comments while watching; plays on TV devices |
| SKY PerfecTV! | Pay broadcaster | Full live broadcast, built for a big screen (on sale from 27 Aug, priced differently) |
The browser-vs-app gap
ABEMA's own published price table shows the purchase route changes the price (standard ticket, tax included):
| Window | Period (JST) | Browser | App |
|---|---|---|---|
| Super early | 17 Aug 12:00 – 23 Aug 23:59 (closed) | ¥6,000 | ¥6,600 |
| Advance | 24 Aug 00:00 – 9 Sep 23:59 (open now) | ¥6,500 | ¥7,200 |
| Day of | 10 Sep 00:00 – 23:59 | ¥6,900 | ¥7,600 |
| Archive | 11 Sep 00:00 – 15 Sep 21:00 | ¥5,000 | ¥5,500 |
Same fights, same stream, ¥600-800 apart. You can buy in a browser and still watch in the app. This is the same in-app-purchase markup that separates U-NEXT's web and app-store prices for UFC in Japan — see how to watch UFC in Japan — and it is a general pattern among Japanese streaming services rather than a quirk of one event.
Separately, the fighter "comeback support" tickets for Mikuru Asakura, Shinya Aoki, Ren Hiramoto, Yutaka Saito and YA-MAN are a higher-priced tier with extras attached. ABEMA also advertises a ¥3,500 cash cashback for new ABEMA Premium sign-ups — note that it is conditional, in ABEMA's own wording.
Start time, and watching on a television
The card runs on Thursday 10 September 2026 at Kyocera Dome Osaka, doors 14:00, first bell 16:00 — the promoter moved both forward by an hour on 2 August. RIZIN's PPV table separately lists the stream as starting around 15:00, with the note to confirm on each platform. The arena start time and the stream start time are different numbers, so follow your platform's listing on the day.
For the big screen, ABEMA states it supports TVs and devices including Nintendo Switch alongside phones, PCs and tablets. SKY PerfecTV! is built around full live broadcast in high quality.
Archive rules worth knowing before you rely on them
There is catch-up, at ¥5,000 on RIZIN's table, with the RIZIN 100 CLUB archive running to 23:59 on 15 September. ABEMA sells archive tickets from 00:00 on 11 September to 21:00 on 15 September — a sales window, which is not the same thing as a viewing window.
RIZIN flags two limits up front: some music is muted in the archive (entrance themes can disappear), and that editing work may delay the archive going live — which is why the archive period is set generously. Also, rewind during the live stream is not available except on some platforms, so you cannot join late and start from the beginning.
Is any of it free?
Not the full card. ABEMA notes that some events stream only the opening bouts free, and that watching every fight live — main card included — requires a PPV ticket. Unlicensed re-streams are the wrong answer for the usual reasons: they are unauthorised, they drop mid-fight, and the pages around them are a reliable source of malware and payment scams.
From outside Japan, and what's next
Watching from abroad is a different route, through RIZIN.tv's PPV and Premium Pass with English commentary — see how to watch RIZIN from outside Japan.
The next show, RIZIN LANDMARK 16 in NAGASAKI (3 October, Nagasaki Stadium City HAPPINESS ARENA), has no PPV announcement yet: as of 26 August 2026 the official page says only that details will follow once decided. If you would rather be in the building, our guide to buying RIZIN tickets has the ladder — the Nagasaki general sale opens at 10:00 on 30 August 2026.
