Biography
Amanda "The Real Deal" Serrano is a Puerto Rican trailblazer and one of the most accomplished champions in boxing history, having won world titles across seven weight divisions. A pro since 2009, she fights as an aggressive southpaw with knockout power and a relentless work rate.
Serrano unified the featherweight division and became its standard-bearer, headlining major cards and helping drive the commercial boom in women's boxing alongside rival Katie Taylor. Their three fights are considered classics.
Despite losing all three razor-close decisions to Taylor — the most recent a majority decision at Madison Square Garden in July 2025 — Serrano returned to defend her featherweight standing, outpointing Reina Tellez in January 2026 to move her record to 48-4-1 (31 KOs).
As of June 2026 she remains a unified featherweight champion and one of the sport's biggest draws.
