Biography
Devin "The Dream" Haney is a slick, technically refined American boxer who became one of the youngest undisputed champions in the sport. Built around a world-class jab, footwork and defensive discipline, he tends to control fights from the outside rather than seek knockouts.
Haney unified all four lightweight titles in 2022 with back-to-back wins over George Kambosos, then moved up to win the WBC super lightweight crown in 2023. His career hit turbulence in 2024 around the controversial Ryan Garcia bout, which was ultimately ruled a no contest after Garcia failed a drug test.
He rebuilt in 2025 with a clear win over Jose Ramirez, then jumped to welterweight and dethroned WBO champion Brian Norman Jr. in Riyadh in November 2025 — dropping Norman in the second round and winning a unanimous decision to become a three-division champion.
As of June 2026 Haney is the WBO welterweight champion with a 33-0 record (1 NC).
